Are Swisse products suitable for vegetarians?

Most Swisse products are suitable for Vegetarians but not all of them. Not Vegetarian are: Krill Oil, Fish Oil, CoQ10, Glucosamine+Chondroitin, and Vitamin D.

Are there preservatives in the herbs added to keep the nutritional value?

Most of our products have no added artificial preservatives however some might contain natural/ artificial preservatives where required to ensure the stability of the ingredient.

We use external 3rd party data sources as the basis of all our claims. The source is always specified in the disclaimers where the claim is made.

Are there actually any additional benefits to have more ingredients?

The Swisse multivitamin products have been formulated to deliver a comprehensive range of vitamins and minerals as well as a broad range of extracts from natural herbs. In general all our ingredients come from quality suppliers and each raw material spec is audited to ensure it meets our needs.

How should I store my vitamins and supplements?

We recommend referring to the label or to specific information on each individual product page on the Swisse Website for further guidance. Further to this, we recommend that you do not store Swisse supplements in direct sunlight or heat.

Can I cut vitamin tablets in half if I can’t swallow them whole?

We recommend that you consume the Swisse tablets whole. However, if you have difficulties swallowing the tablet in full, you can cut the tablet in half making sure all parts are consumed at the same time.

Do we really need vitamin supplements?

It is essential to make sure you are eating a balanced diet full of nutrients, however not everyone has a healthy balanced diet due to lifestyle and dietary choices. Supplementation may help to support a healthy diet by bridging those nutritional gaps.

Can I cut my vitamin tablets in half if I can’t swallow them whole?

Our tablets are quite big as they contain many ingredients. However, if you are having difficulties swallowing the tablet in full, you can cut or break the tablet in half (our products contain a little seam to facilitate this).
